Mid, Senior LevelStratus® is seeking a Project Architect II to lead architectural projects from design development to construction completion. The role requires strong project leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with clients and consultants to ensure successful execution of architectural solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead architectural design projects from initial concept development through construction, ensuring that designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards
Prepare detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical specifications, ensuring that they comply with building codes and zoning regulations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into the overall design
Oversee the project’s technical aspects, ensuring that all design elements are accurate and feasible for construction
Conduct quality control reviews during key project phases, ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry standards
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are completed within financial constraints
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any questions or concerns that arise
Oversee construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and resolving technical issues on-site
Perform all other duties as assigned
Work collaboratively and effectively with clients and colleagues including cross-functional teams, peers, direct reports, and leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in taking on new responsibilities and adjusting to evolving challenges
Qualification
Required
Licensed Architect (RA)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Preferred
Experience leading large or complex projects
