Sr. Visual Merchandising Specialist

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Sr. Visual Merchandising Specialist who plays a critical role in ensuring stores are equipped with the right fixtures to support product placement and drive sales. This position collaborates with various teams to execute fixture deployment for new stores and remodels, ensuring operational readiness and visual consistency.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers for store fixtures and equipment
Maintain strong vendor relationships to support timely and quality deliveries
Align fixture procurement with project timelines and store specifications
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Track orders, manage lead times, and coordinate logistics for delivery and installation
Serve as a point of contact for store teams regarding fixture needs and issues
Resolve discrepancies, damages, or delays in fixture orders and deliveries
Maintain accurate databases and documentation for purchase orders and invoices
Monitor budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings
Ensure financial documentation is accurate and aligned with project goals

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other MS Office tools
