Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between IM and assigned Division(s)
Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and proactively identify business needs
Conduct regular check-ins to review in-flight work and emerging priorities
Maintain and refine a dynamic, prioritized backlog of requests
Lead end-to-end delivery of key initiatives as Business Systems Analyst and Technical Product Owner
Coordinate triage and resolution of issues and ad hoc requests
Deliver timely updates to IM leadership through dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings
Translate evolving business needs into actionable short- and long-term plans
Plan and execute initiatives using PMO frameworks and/or Agile methodologies
Manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risks across the project lifecycle
Monitor scope, budget, and quality; escalate issues when needed
Provide transparent and consistent progress reporting
Translate business challenges into clear, traceable functional and technical requirements
Facilitate interviews, discovery sessions, and process mapping
Define success criteria and support adoption planning
Ensure technical delivery aligns with business expectations
Act as a conduit between stakeholders, developers, and executive leadership
Lead walkthroughs, demos, and working sessions to collect feedback and drive alignment
Communicate priorities and constraints effectively to diverse audiences
Manage vendor engagement throughout design, development, and implementation
Oversee vendor timelines, deliverables, and risks
Support software procurement, renewals, and contract reviews
Maintain RAID logs to support transparency and accountability
Participate in governance and change control processes
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and blockers
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of progressive experience across product ownership, business analysis, and project delivery
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong facilitation and communication skills with both business and technical teams
Experience resolving competing priorities and driving stakeholder alignment
Exceptional written communication skills, able to produce clear technical and executive-level documentation
Proven track record of delivering value-driven outcomes
Azure DevOps experience
Business System Integrations experience
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira
Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet
Proficiency with Teams, SharePoint, Miro
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and structured PMO frameworks
Ability to build trust quickly and manage high-visibility relationships
Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-directed
Strong ownership mentality-closes the loop on all tasks
Adaptable communication style with strong situational awareness
Comfortable working through ambiguity and complex organizational environments
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and maturity
Preferred
Background in client-facing or consulting roles preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus)
Certifications preferred: PMP, CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent
Experience with ITSM, enterprise system implementations, or change management frameworks
Consulting experience in public sector or large matrixed organizations strongly preferred
