They are seeking an IT Helpdesk Intern to support internal users with technical issues, assist with hardware setups, and maintain a secure IT environment while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic technical environment.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Level one support, escalates issues when needed

Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printers, and phone problems

Assist with installing, configuring, and securing Microsoft Windows systems

Support deployment of new computers, peripherals, printers, and equipment

Set up and maintain hardware, including traveling to operational areas on the floor

Ensure all environmental practices, policies, and requirements are followed

Handle and dispose of materials according to appropriate procedures

Ensure environmental practices and materials are managed and disposed of following appropriate procedures

Support Serigraph’s current quality business system and utilize SPECS, the Serigraph quality manual

Perform other duties as assigned
