Entegris is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Lab Technician to join their PADS Department team. In this role, you will be responsible for the analytical inspection and testing of incoming materials, intermediates, experimental and final products.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical, physical, and visual tests on product for production, development, R&D, materials engineering, and on customer return samples

Enter data into SampleManager system; recognize and address deviations or non-conformances in products, instruments, and quality standards

Verify and/or calibrate all test equipment by manufacturing recommendations and test methods to ensure data integrity and adherence to ISO9001 standard

Analyze data or trends and prepare reports for communication to internal stakeholders

Create Certificates of Analysis for product shipping to customer

Participate in the maintenance of current lab work instructions and assist in the development of new methods and instructions for the quality lab team

Troubleshoot lab equipment of varying complexity

Communicate effectively with other team members to promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment
