Responsibilities
Build and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy that increases new, graduate, and transfer enrollment 1–3% annually
Strengthen the use of data, analytics, and forecasting to improve conversion, yield, and overall decision-making
Partner closely with Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging, brand alignment, and pipeline optimization
Advance CRM performance with an emphasis on Slate optimization and the integration of modern enrollment technologies
Lead efforts to reduce discount rate while maintaining mission alignment and supporting access for a diverse student body
Serve as a key voice at the executive table, contributing to institutional planning and long-range strategy
Partner with Admissions, Marketing, and Financial Aid to align recruitment, financial aid strategy, and student engagement efforts that strengthen both enrollment and retention
Qualification
Required
At least seven years of progressive leadership experience in Admissions or Enrollment Management (VP title not required)
Background in Financial Aid, with a clear understanding of how aid strategy impacts enrollment outcomes
A data-driven leader with strong analytical skills and a track record of accountability and team development
Someone who thrives in a mission-focused, high-touch environment and communicates with clarity, honesty, and purpose
Master's degree required
Preferred
Experience with Slate and/or Jenzabar is a plus
Doctorate preferred
