Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain ELT pipelines using Snowflake and DBT

Build and optimize data models in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting

Implement modular and testable SQL transformations using DBT

Integrate DBT workflows into CICD pipelines and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform

Automate data ingestion and transformation workflows using orchestration tools like Airflow

Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and data quality issues

Collaborate with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs

Ensure data governance security and compliance across all pipelines

Maintain uptodate documentation for data architecture pipelines and operational processes

8 - 12 Years of experience

Proficient in Snowflake

Proficient in DBT

Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and models

Expertise in developing and maintaining scalable ELT pipelines

Ability to build efficient and optimized data models to support business analytics and reporting needs

Knowledge of best practices in SQL transformations and modular code development using DBT

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders

Ability to implement data quality governance and security standards across all data workflows

Experience leveraging cloud platforms and tools for deploying and managing data infrastructure

Ability to monitor and optimize Snowflake performance through advanced techniques such as clustering, partitioning, and indexing

Experience maintaining comprehensive documentation related to data architecture, pipeline design, and operational procedures

Experience integrating DBT workflows into CICD pipelines

Ability to manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform

Experience automating data ingestion and transformation workflows using orchestration tools like Airflow
