Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the EPC Quality organization, which includes Program Quality, Production Quality, Engineering Quality, Supplier Quality, and Inspection
Responsible for executing and implementing all Quality strategies and objectives across all programs at EPC
Ensuring flow-down and execution of all Quality Contract requirements
Quality functional support to all programs in production
Establishing and managing to Quality performance metrics, implementation of activities that support digital transformation
Ensuring the Quality Program Team model is supported on all programs
Identification and implementation of process improvement efforts
Cross-functional collaboration with RMS Quality initiatives including Corrective Action Board (CAB), Root Cause Analysis, Engineering Quality, Inspection Planning, Data Analytics, Quality improvement plans, and proactive process audits
Accountable for ensuring AS9100 QMS compliance, establishing and performing to annual budgets, headcount planning, Quality metrics, employee hiring, growth & development, employee performance and training requirements
Key interface and establishment of effective partnerships with all corresponding Customer Oversight Agencies

Required

Leadership of the EPC Quality organization, which includes Program Quality, Production Quality, Engineering Quality, Supplier Quality, and Inspection
Executing and implementing all Quality strategies and objectives across all programs at EPC
Ensuring flow-down and execution of all Quality Contract requirements

Demonstrated employee leadership and development
Experienced leading Bid, Proposal and Estimating efforts and the development of Quality Assurance Basis of Estimates (BOE)
Demonstrated ability to develop compelling strategies that drive business results
Experience in a high volume/fast paced production environment
