Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the lower middle market, with a focus on industrials and business services
Participate in all stages of the investment process, including due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution
Collaborate with portfolio company management and internal operating partners to drive value creation initiatives
Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials, board presentations, and other strategic documentation
Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to ongoing strategic and operational planning
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity by Summer 2026
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding academic credentials and demonstrated intellectual curiosity
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a small, entrepreneurial team
