Responsibilities

Interacting daily with users and CIE/LM leadership
System/database/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring
Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier2 and engineers
Desktop and Server re-image, troubleshooting, account maintenance
Regular monitoring of systems/applications for availability and performance
Computer infrastructure designs that are compliant with cyber security and system processing requirements
Enterprise level administration
Automation to enhance capabilities
Computer infrastructure specifications to suppliers
Computer infrastructure integration

Required

Strong background in real-time and heterogeneous laboratory environments
Providing F-35 lab computer infrastructure support
Asset management
Cyber resiliency

System test and capability enhancements
Participate in operations and all project phases including proposal development, design, component procurement, system integration, and system verification
Contributing to system design, system stand-up, and system deployment
Close coordination with program cyber security representatives, cross-functional lab development engineering teams and lab customers
Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to adjust work schedule periodically to support program activities
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Willingness to mentor junior level team members
2 - 8 years of professional experience or equivalent years in school with a master's degree
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Company-sponsored interim secret required to start

Preferred

Experience Troubleshooting Applications and systems
Account Maintenance with Active Directory
Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, databases and network equipment
Virtual Machine Management Service (Hyper-V / VMware)
Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components
Applying updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates
Linux System Administrator
Importing/Exporting large data volumes
Knowledge of implementing STIGs and addressing cyber vulnerabilities
A Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 6 years
