This part-time role involves interacting with customers at the box office and assisting with ticket inquiries for games and events.

Responsibilities
Provide walk-up customers with ticket sales and service for Red Sox home games, Fenway Park tours and other events hosted at Fenway Park
Assist patrons with accessing tickets digitally via the MLB Ballpark app
Issue tickets to high-end clientele at VIP will-call window on game days
Balance cash drawer at the end of each day
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager or Senior Director, Ticket Services
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and telephone
Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
Preferred
Prior telemarketing, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not essential
