Director of Enterprise Sales
Axon is on a mission to Protect Life, focusing on critical safety and justice issues through their ecosystem of devices and cloud software. The Director of Enterprise Sales will lead a team of Account Executives to drive sales in the Enterprise market segment, focusing on building and executing sales strategies in new markets.

Responsibilities
Hire and develop a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives
Consistently deliver against team revenue goals
Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Axon Enterprise in navigating, closing and expanding within strategic Retail accounts
Partner with Enterprise leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process
Understand the challenges facing the team and clear the way to allow for success
Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably for a SaaS company)
4+ years of managing a Enterprise sales team within major or large accounts
Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Strategic sales
Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think
Previous experience selling into Executive leadership (C and VP level)
Territory management and development experience
Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles. Ability to build and coach territory team over time
Technically savvy, good problem solving and analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Not afraid to deep-dive into operational day-to-day
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, multitask and work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate concisely
Able and willing to travel up to 50%+
