GrowthAssistant is seeking a highly organized and analytical Marketing Vendor & Reporting Analyst to support their marketing teams. This role involves managing vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and financial tracking to ensure operational efficiency across multiple marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process by collecting NDAs, MSAs, and compliance docs
Coordinate across Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and vendor contacts
Upload and manage documents within internal systems
Consolidate PO requests across marketing teams and create accurate purchase orders
Communicate approval status with vendors and internal stakeholders
Partner with Accounts Payable to pre-approve invoices aligned with PO guidelines
Build Looker Explores to track spend per PO
Monitor for overspend or unutilized budget balances and flag issues proactively
Maintain organized, updated SOPs for PO, vendor, and reporting workflows

Qualification

Google Sheets/ExcelReporting skillsVendor managementSQL knowledgeGoogle WorkspaceProject management toolsData visualizationCommunication skills

Required

Experience creating and running reports for marketing, operations, or finance teams
Intermediate to expert Google Sheets/Excel skills (advanced formulas, multi-sheet logic, data cleaning)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack
Ability to work Central European Time

Preferred

Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
Familiarity with data visualization tools
Background in PO or vendor management
SQL knowledge (basic → advanced)
