Responsibilities

Assist in development of winning consumer propositions. Ensure propositions have clearly articulated and differentiated consumer benefits, are rooted in KIND’s right to win, and meet DVF hurdles
Advance new items through stage gate process, from product conceptualization through to commercialization
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging consumer trends. Conduct thorough category, channel, and competitive analysis. Translate data into insight, and insights into actionable recommendations
Create forecasts for new launches based on market and historical data and evolve forecasts in collaboration with trade marketing
Support inputs into key planning processes, such as monthly innovation sufficiency, annual growth plan, and AOP
Support partnership with cross-functional teams (Consumer Insights, New Product Development, Operations, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Packaging, etc.) to execute innovation projects with excellence
Support partnership with Trade, Demand Planning, Design, Branded Content, etc., to launch all innovation to planned vision, including development of compelling innovation selling stories

Required

2-4 years of experience in brand marketing or related field
Strong written & oral communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
Interest in innovation and the future of the snacking category
Strong organizational & communication skills
Ability to manage time & competing priorities

Preferred

A bachelor's degree – marketing, business, or related field preferred
Previous experience working in innovation a plus
