Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple Agile Scrum teams to design, develop, test, and deploy ICAM services
Provide executive-level briefings (quarterly and ad-hoc) to the CISO, DCISO, and Branch Chiefs regarding accomplishments, risks, and planned activities
Implement a Risk Management Plan and facilitate the advancement of the USCIS cybersecurity posture through a cyber hygiene governance framework
Manage all contractor resources, staffing plans, and recruiting efforts to ensure full staffing across all task areas
Understand the technical requirements (Java, Cloud, PIV, PKI) well enough to remove impediments and guide product roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing large, complex, mission-critical web-based IT systems in an Agile environment
Experience managing projects involving Custom Development (Java/Spring Boot) and COTS integrations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for high-level government reporting and creating After Action Reports (AARs)
You will be required to participate in a live, scenario-based Technical Proficiency test and Oral Presentation
