Responsibilities
Lead software engineering teams through the software development lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery
Develop software, lead software development efforts, manage projects, and be a leader of people
Qualification
Required
Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams
Experience working embedded software development
Experience leading software development teams
Experience managing software development projects
Experience with Earned Value Reporting
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration
Clearance Level: Secret
Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Agile/DevSecOps
Experience working with US Government Customers
Experience presenting formal software materials to customer audiences
