Responsibilities

The Senior Business Systems Analyst works with the business and other technical staff, performing analysis, requirements elicitation, specifications development, documentation, technical writing, and testing as required

The position is responsible for maintaining existing systems and associated responsibilities, developing and publishing business requirements and documentation

Required

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant experience; or, Bachelor degree in related business field accompanied with technology or business system specific related experience

Minimum 5 years systems analysis or other relevant experience

Experience in at least one significant team-oriented systems or business-related project

Experience with Microsoft Office products, HTML, and authoring tools

Experienced application of analysis methodologies including concepts such as entity-relationship

Mastery at modeling techniques (e.g., data modeling, process modeling) and tools as required

Experience with SQL and/or other tools to exploit database technologies and information gathering

Preferred

Experience with digital marketing implementations
