Executive Assistant, AWS Monitoring and Observability

Responsibilities

Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
Orchestrate complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive's tasks and appointments across time zones according to their importance, urgency, and relevance and ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities
Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, facilitating clear communication channels and managing sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Execute end-to-end travel logistics for international and domestic trips, including complex multi-city itineraries, client-facing events, and team visits across corporate offices
Lead the planning of events including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, executive offsites, team-building activities, supply ordering
Collaborate with the EA Community across AWS to drive best practices, implement solutions, and drive organizational efficiency
Develop and maintain tracking systems for critical deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of executive and team commitments and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders

Required

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience managing executive level calendars
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
