Responsibilities

Apply paint to both interior and exterior building surfaces and structures
Carry out structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings as needed
Diagnose and fix plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages
Perform routine electrical maintenance and minor repairs
Paint rooftop piping as required
Patch holes and restore damaged walls and other surfaces
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and operational
Follow all safety guidelines and regulations consistently

Qualification

General maintenance experiencePlumbing systems knowledgePainting skillsStructural repair capabilityPhysical staminaBasic electrical knowledge

Required

Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair work, ideally within commercial or industrial environments
Solid understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve related issues
Skilled in painting methods, including proper surface preparation techniques
Capable of performing structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings
Familiarity with pipe painting and routine maintenance tasks on rooftops
Physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and reaching

Preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to carry out minor electrical repairs
