Responsibilities

Manage a team distributed across different geography

Manage overall field and product testing and certification for US carriers while developing goal and strategy for field and product certification

Define and drive product test strategy and testing to evaluate product performance to exceed customer expectations

Oversee field and product certification test requirements and validate testing reports

Define and implement field and product test carrier certification requirements across development teams, technical account managers, carrier partners

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

10 years of experience in product testing and benchmarking

5 years of experience in consumer electronics
