Responsibilities
Conduct required off-line testing for products to confirm they meet customer specifications
Accurately enter quality data into customized data sheets and be able to analyze the data for historic trends
Interacting with machine operators to raise awareness related to defects and record corrective actions when appropriate
Maintain lab data filing system and physical retention storage
Able to work as a team and across departments throughout the plant
Assist in analyzing quality metrics, in-house rejections, process capability data, and customer feedback
Ensure customer returns are checked in accurately and on time
Active involvement in quality activities
Active involvement in at least one safety team
Qualification
Required

Proven record of success in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with various teams
Good eye to spot quality defects

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and stand for long periods of time
Must have the ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
Rotating shifts are mandatory
Overtime required/mandatory
