Responsibilities

Customer Integration: Design and implement intelligent integration solutions using McKesson’s technology suite, incorporating AI automated testing, and process optimization

EDI & API Modernization: Facilitate onboarding of McKesson EDI trading partners and enhance integrations with McKesson back-office systems using AI-assisted mapping and validation tools

Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with healthcare providers (home care, nursing homes, surgery centers, doctor offices, retail accounts) to assess business processes and deliver AI-enhanced EDI/McKD solutions tailored to their needs

Automation & Insights: Utilize automation to run transactional flows and provide predictive recommendations for continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with Sales, Product Development, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI-driven best practices
