Responsibilities

Drive the sales of equity swaps while assisting with the distribution of securities lending, margin lending, collar financing, and other structured products
Identify and map opportunities across the buy-side
Develop and maintain strong relationships
Assess market trends and deliver actionable insights
Pitch tailored solutions and share product expertise with buy-side clients across their treasury/portfolio finance, trading, COO and technology teams
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with product and trading teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client objectives

Required

Proven track record in equity finance and derivatives buy-side sales with 10+ years of experience, and the ability to sell equity swaps, stock loan and borrow, margin lending solutions, collar financing, and structured products to clients
Deep understanding of swap margining, trade execution, securities financing, market structure, and client portfolio dynamics
Established network and strong relationships with buy-side clients, along with the ability to collaborate with trading and operations teams across capital markets
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate market trends and client requirements
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term relationships
