Responsibilities

Represent developers, lenders, and general contractors in ground-up development projects, including large-scale commercial construction
Handle acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, and commercial leasing matters
Manage the financial components of real estate acquisitions, including loan structuring and negotiation
Joint venture agreements
Loan documents
Easements
Declarations
Purchase and sale agreements
Commercial leases
Oversee projects across the U.S with additional exposure to international transactions in collaboration with foreign consortium partners
Conduct due diligence and advise on long-term real estate asset strategy

Required

4–8 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
Experience in commercial transactions
Experience in real estate development

Experience with joint venture agreements
