Responsibilities

Evaluating new requests from the Fund Finance business

Engaging early in the deal process, identifying key issues, and coordinating the presentation of transactions to Credit approvers

Conducting comprehensive diligence across investors, assets, fund, and legal documentation for new transactions

Performing annual reviews of existing counterparty limits and monitoring credit exposures

Ensuring accurate implementation of ratings and loss given default metrics while maintaining oversight of portfolio performance

Required

At least seven years of experience in credit-related roles, including a minimum of five years specializing in Fund Finance

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline, or an MBA or CFA designation preferred

Strong understanding of NAV, subscription, and hybrid financing structures

Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with deep knowledge of fund structures, investor profiles, and key drivers of credit risk

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage in challenging discussions with business stakeholders regarding credit requests
