Responsibilities

Learn to perform probabilistic risk assessments (PRA) and engineering analyses
Develop technical documentation to support the safe operation of nuclear power plants
Demonstrate a solid grasp of engineering fundamentals
Adapt quickly to learning new concepts and methodologies
Apply an analytical mindset to problem-solving
Pay meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
Deliver clear and concise oral and written presentations as a consultant

Qualification

Nuclear technology experienceMicrosoft ExcelAccess database toolsMathCADCommunication skills

Required

Working towards a BS or MS in Mechanical, Nuclear, Electrical, Chemical, or other related field
Excellent communication skills
US Citizenship or Green card holder required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Access database tools to track/analyze data in support of various risk analysis tasks

Preferred

Prior experience with nuclear technology (e.g., United States Navy Nuclear Program)
MathCAD experience a plus
