Responsibilities
Manage and a small team, provide leadership by example and be a resource to all business operations
Supervise planning, logistics and consistently update the organizational plan
Reporting and analysis on inventory, etc
Work with Marketing and Sales departments/managers on forecast analysis, trends, backorders and inventory levels
Oversee international and domestic buying / planning process to ensure inventories meet planning and forecast needs
Work with new suppliers to plan and prepare purchasing strategies
Material procurement, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6+ years of Supply Chain / Purchasing Management experience
Strong Microsoft Excel including experience with ERP systems
Exceptional analytical skills
Preferred
International experience desired
