Responsibilities
Serve as the product owner for our governance platform, leading its growth and development
Partner with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements
Develop and implement additional capabilities to improve the governance platform
Successfully implement governance strategies that ensure data quality, compliance, and security
Find opportunities for process improvements and apply standard methodologies in data governance
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training to users on governance policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated background in data governance, data management, or a similar area
Solid knowledge of data governance tools and platforms
Outstanding problem-solving abilities demonstrated through thorough attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with multi-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
