Lead client engagements end-to-end — from consultation and planning to final delivery and advisory

Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
Strong technical expertise in flow-through entities and middle-market taxation
A natural mentor and relationship-builder — equally comfortable developing staff and advising clients
A collaborative mindset and curiosity for continuous learning
Bachelor's in Accounting required
Preferred
CPA or JD preferred
