Responsibilities
Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring scalability and security
Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and related tools
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems for seamless, secure data flow
Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements
Lead all phases of the SDLC: design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
Champion Agile practices and contribute to iterative delivery
Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
At least 5 -8+ of Salesforce development experience with some of those years as an architect
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and best practices
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Architect)
Experience in financial services or regulated industries a plus but not required
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is a bonus
