Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for a large strategic partner, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and managing day-to-day operations
Provide technical expertise for product development, API/SDK integrations, and troubleshooting complex issues
Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within the partnership, developing go-to-market strategies for new solutions
Design and implement long-term partnership strategies aligned with broader business objectives
Oversee integration of cybersecurity and identity protection products into partner's offerings
Drive partner success through customer feedback analysis and continuous service improvement
Track and report KPIs, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams

Required

7+ years in strategic account or partner management, preferably in cybersecurity or identity protection
Technical proficiency with API/SDK integrations and product development processes
Deep knowledge of consumer cybersecurity market, trends, and competitive landscape
Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage both C-level executives and technical teams
Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities
Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 20 to 30% travel expected)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field
Experience with carrier/telecom partnerships
Existing relationships within the Seattle tech ecosystem
Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISA, etc.)
