Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with vendors, researching and evaluating potential suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery reliability, and overall value
Assist the manager with negotiations alongside the Director of Corporate Services to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with organizational goals
Developing detailed cost analyses for vendors and departmental expenses to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements
Collaborating with the Risk department to evaluate vendor processes and departmental workflows, ensuring adherence to organizational standards
Reviewing employee access for various vendor platforms, providing and removing access as required, to maintain security and operational control
Reviewing and adjusting reorder points within the company store, managing inventory levels, and addressing cost concerns in collaboration with management
Sending quarterly notices to departments regarding offsite file storage, ensuring compliance with proper document maintenance regulations in coordination with the legal team
Training employees on vendor platform usage and managing ongoing projects, while updating departmental procedures to reflect current operational standards
Backing up mailroom employees and assisting in various organizational work events as needed to foster teamwork and operational continuity
