Responsibilities
Collaborate and lead headcount projects/programs with TI strategy and operations and TI business partners (e.g., strategy planning, zero based budgeting, resource optimization)
Interface with internal TI Finance and Accounting teams regarding TI headcount
Help drive TI's Volume based headcount modeling
Lead the adaptation of AI/ML and reduce operational burden across the team
Support TI Finance leadership on critical initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree
Preferred
Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Staffing, etc.)
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and work as both an individual contributor and within a large cross-functional team
Ability to influence through strong relationship management and data knowledge to manage a complex set of issues through executive and staff stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and strategic skills with the ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction
