Responsibilities
Lead the identification, design, and strategic direction of new programs and projects that drive business transformation and accelerate commercial cloud growth. Ensure initiatives are grounded in customer needs and aligned with business priorities
Provide end-to-end program and project management for these initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery. Establish clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics, and ensure initiatives are executed with discipline and measurable impact
Collaborate across the commercial business—including field, HQ, and segment stakeholders—to drive change, solve complex business problems, and integrate digital strategies into scalable solutions. Foster a culture of partnership, clarity, and accountability in a highly matrixed environment
Inspire action and innovation through a bias for execution, championing digital tooling, automation, and self-serve capabilities. Lead efforts to overcome barriers, advocate for resource prioritization, and continuously improve processes to deliver business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences at different levels of organizations required
Understanding of Commercial business processes (sales, support, consulting)
