Responsibilities
Assist customers by taking and processing their claims
Assist the adjuster with the initial contact with insureds and assist in completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims
Perform functions necessary to assist adjusters to meet customer needs and Conserve Business
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Computer experience required
Professional telephone etiquette
Must have professional appearance
Ability to spell correctly
Ability to perform job adequately by end of 6 months
Preferred
Minimum of 3 years work experience preferred
