The Communications Internship will involve supporting the Marketing team in various communications operations, including social media strategy, press release creation, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Communications, Marketing, and Business Lead stakeholders to communicate our service offerings and initiatives

Draft Press Releases for IDEMIA products & services

Liaise with the Marketing Operations team to track outreach and the effectiveness marketing campaigns

Proactively contribute ideas to develop the marketing strategy and drive engagement for this flagship products and services

Manage and organize production of marketing deliverables

Develop internal communication plans

Required

You are a college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or another related field

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High levels of self-motivation, curiosity, and creativity

Ability to meet deadlines and enlist others' support in ensuring timely project completion

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail

Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

Must be authorized to work in the US

Preferred

Above average knowledge and practical application of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat and Microsoft Office products

Passion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issues
