Responsibilities

Upload and maintain ERP product data, including new product setups, BOM creation, and configurator updates

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and other teams to support new product development and production changes

Build and test product configurations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs

Manage User Defined Code (UDC) tables, Assembly Inclusion Rules (AIRs), and Cross-Segment Editing Rules (CSRs) to maintain data integrity and streamline product setup

Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve data discrepancies across departments

Support large-scale ERP data transformations and partner with IT to ensure smooth execution

Assist with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure documentation accuracy

Continuously improve processes to support business goals and maintain high data quality

Required

High School diploma or equivalent education

3+ years of experience working with ERP systems (JDE preferred), with a strong focus on data management

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

Bachelors degree in Information System, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
