Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management – entering bills, scheduling payments, and maintaining accurate vendor records

CFO-Level Duties – forecasting, budgeting, cash-flow management, financial strategy, and executive reporting

Bank & Account Reconciliations – timely and accurate reconciliation across all accounts each month

QuickBooks Online Administration – full command of QBO, including reporting, custom rules, classes, and job-costing

Financial Policy & Internal Controls – creating and maintaining processes that ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency

Oversight of accounts receivable personnel
