Responsibilities

Collaborates with FBS accounting team to finalize weekly payment release reports

Supervises and coordinates with Accounts Payable Vendor Management Associate to ensure banking information is complete and accurate

Facilitates both domestic and international payments

Troubleshoots payment issues as needed

Liaises with banking representatives for troubleshooting support

Sets up wires for international and other payments not supported by payment processing system

Generates weekly payment reports

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education or experience

Experience with both domestic and international payments and currencies

Proficient in the use of Excel, Office 365, QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite, Bill.com, FISPAN, banking platforms, and accounts payable

Ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive situations with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing obligations

Ability to work independently

Preferred

Experience with international nonprofit organizations
