Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-user computing parameters and configurations, with proficiency in major client Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune/Autopilot for optimal system management
Support engineering projects through the application of sophisticated engineering practices; lead testing and inspections; produce detailed reports and complex analyses
Develops, designs and implements new insights which improve end-user computing systems/processes/services
Writes sophisticated technical documentation that outlines the architecture, capabilities, limitations, and benefits of end-user computing technologies
Supervise and stay informed about relevant industry technologies and standards
Performs evaluations of new devices to ensure compatibility with existing environment and T-Mobile performance standards
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Engineering/Computer Science (Required)
5 yrs Technical engineering experience (Required)
Able to communicate goals in support of the business' mission. (Required)
Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
Ability and desire to work in concert with others on our team. Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships who can provide information, assistance, and support
Ensure that information is passed on to others who should be kept advised. Express oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others. Clear business and technical writing skills
Demonstrate concern and meet external and/or internal customers' needs
Tackle problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
Demonstrate depth of knowledge and skill in a technical area
Anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies
Gain others' support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions
