They are seeking a motivated intern to support the Sales, Technical Support, and Operations departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and gaining insights into B2B operations within an international technology organization.

Responsibilities
Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders
Follow up orders for direct and distributor customers, status, shipping, general information, triage technical sales questions, answer sales calls and forward to territory sales manager, etc
Assist in managing sales outreach and prospecting efforts by updating contact information and tracking initial engagements using LinkedIn data and entering it into Salesforce CRM
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to potential and existing customers
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are processed and completed correctly
Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, technical support, logistics, and finance to support ongoing operations
Interface with corporate headquarters teams in support of the local functions
Qualification
Required
You are enrolled at a college/university in the Portland area (e.g. business administration, or engineering)
Time for up to 30 hours per week – flexibly arranged, tailored to your schedule
Experience with MS Office and Salesforce
