1+ years expAmazon is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Associate, ICQA Data Analyst to work closely with the ICQA and operations teams to provide data and analytical support for ACES initiatives and compliance to ICQA-related SOX requirements. The role involves developing data collection processes, maintaining data integrity, and presenting analysis to the leadership team.

Responsibilities
Development of data collection processes and data management systems
Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
In depth research of defect trends
Data collection and entry as needed
Data mining and problem solving
Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports
Responsible for teaching leadership team how to interpret data trends as needed
Any other priority requests as senior leadership assigns
Back up for ICQA Process Assistant duties
Qualification
Required
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred
A completed Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others
1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail)
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members
1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office including experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience writing VBA and using macros in Microsoft Excel
Expertise in SQL, Tableau and Python
Demonstrated experience pulling and analyzing data to aid in root cause identification and drive process improvement initiatives across the network
