Responsibilities

Lead critical projects and planning cycles that power North America AIR operations to ensure AIR achieves its core mission of offering fast Prime shipments to customers
Partner with internal AIR Product Managers and Research Scientists to refine planning technology, tools, and processes, and drive the future tech roadmap for speed and revenue management
Improve performance to plan by identifying, measuring and managing key metrics related to Amazon Air. Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network
Pull and report data from numerous databases (using Excel, Tableau, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Participate in long term planning and modeling sessions
Travel up to 10%

Required

5+ years of supply chain experience
5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external organizations to achieve corporate goals, including the ability to influence upward as necessary
Extensive experience in retrieving, processing and synthesizing data to drive critical business decisions
Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
High proficiency in written and oral communications
High attention to detail, including proven ability to manage competing priorities, simultaneously

Preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
