Responsibilities

Design and deploy a scalable Lean capability framework that embeds scientific thinking, daily management, and continuous improvement behaviors across all levels of the organization
Coach and mentor leaders and teams in core Lean concepts (e.g. PDCA, A3 thinking, tiered daily management) to build problem-solving muscle and drive cultural transformation
Establish systems for measuring and sustaining Lean maturity, that reinforce learning and accountability
Integrate Lean capability building into strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional collaboration
Be a visible champion of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
Lead by example to create a proactive, hands-on culture of Lean execution
Help embed Lean practices into daily work to sustain results over time

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with an ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree
Experience translating lean concepts to business process, digital, and commercial work content
Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations environment
