Responsibilities

Build and manage key deliverables for the global GTM analytics suite (starting with Intacct) to track marketing, operational, and financial performance

Partner with the Data Product Manager to define and evolve KPIs supporting business unit growth

Develop and maintain an interactive reporting suite that enables data-driven decision-making

Own process documentation, including key calculations and assumptions

Collaborate with regional teams to deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues and support business improvements

Lead ad-hoc analytics projects to inform commercial decisions and track progress

Act as a trusted advisor to GTM executives and mentor junior team members

Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on learning and shared success

Qualification

Power BIData modellingSQLData analysisStakeholder managementGTM experienceTeam leadership

Required

Minimum 10 years progressive experience in data analysis and reporting

Deep expertise in Power BI, Data modelling, SQL

Prior experience leading analytics teams

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Ideally you will have supported GTM teams at a software company
