Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the vacuum area, assist with inquiries and provide information about available services

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including sweeping, picking up debris, and ensuring that signage is visible and in good condition

Inspect customer vehicles to ensure the highest wash quality and customer satisfaction

Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to leave Google reviews if pleased with the service

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively identifying and addressing potential slip or trip hazards to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff

Collaborate with team members, including Tunnel Operators and management, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

Assist in tracking and reporting inventory levels for supplies, such as cleaning materials and signage, to management

Restock towels as needed and maintain a clean, trash-free facility
