Correspondence Team Manager, Client Service Center
Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking a motivated, passionate Correspondence Team Manager to join their team at the Irving, TX campus. In this role, you will manage and support Correspondence Advisors, ensuring the highest level of client experience is delivered while fostering the achievement of Correspondence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
Ensure business opportunities are maximized by being a visible presence and support, exploring creative solutions that will benefit the Client and the brand, resolving complex client situations, and ensuring the Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved
Provide backup coverage for phone, email, live chat, and social media communications as needed
Learn and master Brand and product knowledge; stay up-to-date on all product, company, and department initiatives through participating in all relevant CSC and department training and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4+ years in a similar role with direct reports and leading others, preferably in a client-centric environment as management in retail, luxury retail, digital selling, or hospitality
Consistent track record in developing highly successful, goal-oriented teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong intuition for business with a commercial mindset; entrepreneurial spirit
Very proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications
Excellent organization skills; effective time-management skills
Requires Weekends, Evenings, and Holiday availability
Must be able to work onsite in Irving, TX
