Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through regular phone and email communication
Proactively manage a sales pipeline to drive month-over-month and year-over-year growth
Educate buyers on portfolio offerings, promotions, and new product launches to maximize sales potential
Achieve and exceed monthly activity metrics for calls and customer touches, maintaining accurate records in CRM
Collaborate with field sales, supply chain, operations and finance to ensure seamless customer support and order execution
Participate in bi-weekly in-office product trainings with suppliers, importers, and industry leaders
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in every interaction, representing Winebow’s standards of excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or HS diploma and 3 years of professional work experience
Minimum 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
Passion for learning the wine and spirits industry through hands-on training and mentorship
Pass required pre-employment drug and background screenings
Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States and be able to successfully complete required I-9 form
Preferred
Strong preference for experience in the wine/spirits industry
