Responsibilities
Provide direction, oversight, and support on complex, cross-functional projects to ensure consistency, coordination, and integration across TMHCC business units
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvements; develop roadmaps, evaluate solutions, and recommend prioritized actions
Partner with business leaders at all levels to build, manage, and execute project plans aligned with organizational goals
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and workstreams to ensure timely execution
Collaborate with IT on technology evaluations, pilots, testing protocols, and solution validations
Act as a subject matter expert for innovation initiatives; identify process gaps, challenge existing approaches, and drive the adoption of improved methodologies
Provide project transparency and visibility to leadership, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes
Understand systems, products, and operational workflows to ensure project alignment with business strategy and objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent experience
2–5 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Project Leadership, or equivalent team leadership role managing complex projects
Demonstrated ability to identify critical information, influence stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams toward consensus
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across management levels
Ability to evaluate the implications of business solutions across cost, risk, process, and service
Preferred
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in P&C insurance, with strong familiarity with insurance operations preferred
PMP certification preferred but not required
