They are seeking an ORT Data Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives within the HSIO Connectors/OverPass division, focusing on building a data analytics function and supporting quality and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a data analytics function focused on quality and ongoing reliability testing (ORT)

Analyze large datasets to support decision-making around AI camera systems and automation implementation

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to apply Six Sigma, Black Belt, and process control methodologies

Serve as a mentor and coach to junior engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven problem solving

Partner with internal stakeholders to support customer inquiries through robust data analysis

Provide strategic insights without direct responsibility for managing large teams or reactive quality support

Travel internationally as needed to support global initiatives, including visits to China, Vietnam, and other sites

Required
